Durham Diva's present: Sylvia's Poker Ride! Sunday May 29 2011
We're excited to tell everyone that Our 5th Annual Sylvia's Ride will be held at Spoiled Sports Victory Motorcycle Dealer located at 1898 Baseline Road, Bowmanville, Ontario. Our Poker Ride will be approx. 180 km in total with 1 gas stop for your convenience.
We are pleased to have Funny Bones playing again this year. Everyone enjoyed them so much last year we asked them back for your music pleasure!
There will be a Show and Shine with trophies for the top 3 bikes, so polish up your bike and enter in the people's choice awards. We are going to have a silent auction table, not to many things but enough to spark your interest. Our prize tables will be full, so a good chance that you will not go home empty handed
There is $100 for best poker hand and a consolation prize for the worst hand. You will be able to purchase extra cards at the end of the ride for $5 each.
Don't forget our BBQ it was a big hit last year so it will be back again. There will be a 50/50 draw.
Our charity again this year is the "Denise House" a shelter for abused women and their children. We will have staff from the Denise House there with a table set up to answer questions.
This ride is a "Rain or Shine" Event and is open to both Men and Women. All bikes make and models are welcome Cost this year just $25.00
